At FoniFull, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

To qualify for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused, unworn, and in the same condition you received it

  • Include all original packaging, accessories, manuals, and tags (if applicable)

  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase, such as your order confirmation or receipt

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different item, please return the original item (if eligible). Once your return is approved, you may place a new order for the desired product.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank, credit card issuer, or payment provider.

European Union Customers

If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without providing justification.

To qualify, the item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
