At FoniFull, we aim to deliver your orders quickly and safely. This Shipping Policy explains how we handle order processing, shipping, and delivery.

By placing an order, you agree to both our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy.


ORDER PROCESSING

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

During peak periods or high order volumes, processing times may take slightly longer. If this happens, we will notify you.


SHIPPING TIME

After processing, estimated delivery times are:

  • United States: 5–10 business days
  • International Orders: 7–15 business days

These timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on location, carrier delays, or customs processing.


SHIPPING CONFIRMATION & TRACKING

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update after shipment.


SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping fees (if applicable) are shown at checkout. We may also offer free shipping promotions from time to time.


CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our prices.

FoniFull is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.


DELIVERY ISSUES & DELAYS

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, customs, or other external factors.

LOST, STOLEN, OR MARKED DELIVERED PACKAGES

Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, FoniFull is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

In such cases, the customer should first contact the shipping carrier.

If needed, we will still do our best to support you in resolving the issue.


INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at checkout.

FoniFull is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

REFUNDS & RETURNS (IMPORTANT)
